About
Outlier is a confidential, invitation-only circle of entrepreneurs. We meet regularly to share experiences from business, personal life, and family — with the goal of growing together as whole human beings.
Why we exist
Even the most successful entrepreneurs face challenges they cannot discuss with teams, friends, or families. We call these the “5 percent struggles.” Outlier was born from the insight that growth happens when we bring these struggles into the open, in a space of absolute trust and confidentiality. Many of us were part of EO or YPO, but we felt the need to push our boundaries further. That is why we started our own non-profit organization, where every member fee flows directly into experiences that help us grow. Pure and simple.
How we work
Our approach follows the Forum method: monthly meetings grounded in confidentiality, vulnerability, and active listening. We don’t give advice or quick fixes — we share experiences. We talk about what we lived, what we learned, and where we failed. Each conversation becomes a catalyst for deeper understanding and growth.
Whole-life growth
Business is only one part of the story. At Outlier, family and personal life matter just as much. You don’t show up as a title or a role, but as a whole person — leader, partner, parent, and entrepreneur.
Experiences beyond the room
Alongside monthly forums, members join what we call The Outlier Experience. Several times a year, we step out of our comfort zones in immersive, demanding journeys. These are not lectures or workshops, but opportunities to do, feel, reflect, and transform together. Past themes have ranged from mortality to freediving to peak performance.
Our principles
Nothing leaves the room. We show up with honesty, including fears and failures. We share experiences, not advice. We listen fully, without judgment or interruption. And we focus on growth — personal and professional.
Who we are for
Outlier is for entrepreneurs who have built with real impact, created jobs, and shaped industries. Some are no longer active in their businesses, but all remain deeply committed to learning, reflecting, and growing in every part of life.
What we stand for
We are not here to impress each other. We are here to transform together. If you are an outlier — someone who dares to step beyond the expected and into the real — you will feel at home with us.
